The office building is located in the north of Munich on the Frankfurter Ring. The office space is accessed via two passenger elevators and a freight elevator with a loading ramp.

The office space is being renovated, whereby either a loft space concept or a classic concept using a suspended ceiling can be implemented. Amenities include pendant lights or floor lamps, window sill ducts, and carpet flooring. In some cases there is CAT 7 cabling. Parking spaces are available for rent.
